False Reports of Crime on College Campuses Rising

charlotteobserver.com — Article from the Charlotte Observer - the writer lists Attention, Revenge and Power as the key reasons for false reports - I think another very large one is Pressure.... Students not doing so well need an "out" or excuse if they are not doing well in school or other reasons.
