The federal government does not force the people of New Orleans to live there, in a place that is 20ft below sea level and the only thing that is keeping their asses from floating away are several concrete walls. Our tax dollars should not go toward their ignorant asses not moving to a safer place. If people want to donate money to FEMA and have that money go to hotel rooms then so be it, but don't take money away from those of us who don't agree with enabling stupidity.
