And this is why you don't ever want any type of surveillance of any "private" areas without a warrent, be it a bathroom, dressing room, cell phone, or internet connection. No camera should have been in a position to even make it possible to see inside a dressing room, and even if they could legally get away with a camera capable of seeing there, there should have at LEAST been warning signs up saying "This area may be viewable by video surveillance."

All they're charging these FBI agents with is a misdemeanor and no threat of sex offender status, and they'll probably get off with even less. This is a gross disparity that needs to be pointed out.

I know it's not easy for them, spying on young girls undressing, but this country has walls, and men need to guard those walls, and sometimes, the long hours, low pay, and used kleenex stuffed at the bottom of a mall garbage can are just the everyday sacrifices these brave heroes make. Just be thankful that while you're sleeping safe in bed, these men are keeping the home fires burning with the candles they hold for little girls.

Not all people are equal, some are in a position of power and trust and need to be dealt with harsher for abusing this power and trust that is given to them. I saw a possible year in jail but not being forced to register as sex offenders?
