- deelux247, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1The Ciclovia route takes you over the Scenic Drive overlook, with stunning views of El Paso, Texas, Juarez, Mexico and Dona Ana County, New Mexico; it then continues down Alabama St. for many relatively flat miles, which beginning cyclists and walkers appreciate; it then takes you on a challenging climb through McKelligon Canyon, a beautiful showcase of Chihauhaun Desert flora, including ocotillo, palo verde, desert willow, cholla, and yellow-flowered prickly pear.
