    Everyone knows how hard it would be to blow up a car bomb, a suitcase bomb, an infant bomb in a 4-8 foot deep body of chlorinated water...
    Heres an idea, lets coat all of Iraq in 4-8 feet of chlorinated water... Just, just putting it out there...
