Dubai's stake in Nasdaq causes alarm

online.wsj.com — A proposed transaction that would give a company owned by the government of Dubai a stake in the Nasdaq Stock Market will come under formal scrutiny by the Bush administration. The deal would make Dubai, part of the United Arab Emirates, the first Mideast government to hold a significant stake in a U.S.-based stock-market operator.
