A dirty bomb or chemical weapons... Sure!
But you'd think a terrorist organization that had spent years and millions of dollars to put together a nuke would use it on a more lucrative target than say Indianapolis.
Secondly, its in the middle of a landlocked state! How are the terrorists going to get it there without being noticed? They are going to fly it there hoping to not get shot down or maybe get it to NYC port just to put it on a truck and hope no one noticed the long haul with the truck with the nuke on it.

- delelles, on 10/11/2007, -2/+16The real catastrophe is not being trained for. If a nuke is detonated we had better train on how to live under dictatorship and forget saving the few lives killed in explosion. Millions will die not from nuclear fallout but the political war that will follow.
Here is my training scenario:
Pat Robertson and other political leaders start saying one year in advance that an attack is coming.(check) Meanwhile the Congress rubberstamps a set of laws that makes way for a dictatorship if a big enough catastrophe happens.(check) If the a blast does happen Bush will then be able to redeploy the armed forces to inside the United States per Patriot Act 2 to silence any uprising to his dictatorship.(double check) Republicans block an increase in port security.(check) They open the door for terrorists to smuggle enough material into the USA to make 3-10 KT nuke bombs. Terrorists assemble the bombs and place them in New York, Chicago, and LA.
Now ask yourself who profited the most from 9/11. Who stands to profit further? This time its all or nothing.
