Deputy charged in wheelchair-dumping incident

cnn.com — Hillsborough County Deputy Charlette Marshall-Jones was charged with one count of felony abuse of a disabled person after an incident on January 29 where Marshall-Jones dumped Brian Sterner out of his wheelchair and searched him on the floor after he was brought in on a warrant for a traffic violation.
