Dekalb cops anonymously protest Dekalb police chief
dekalbofficersspeak.blogspot.c… — Police officers in Dekalb county, Georgia have a blog devoted to uncovering corruption in the police force. This is the same police force that arrested anonymous protesters outside of the Church of Scientology this past March 15th.

- sarge96, on 03/16/2008, -1/+3I think the very existence of this blog brings up something people on Digg don't realize: The tremendous amount of ***** that happens in some PD's are mostly the fault of the brass, not the officers. The insane laws are the fault of the legislators who make them, not the public servants who enforce them. Police officers have very difficult and dangerous jobs, are expected to deal with many different situations. We don't need to make their jobs harder because some legislator or chief ***** up. Give the cops a break. They're just doing their jobs.
- houstonrally, on 03/16/2008, -0/+15Not surprising that even his own officers dissent against him, his tactics and actions were completely uncalled for and total *****. Out of 107 cities, hes the only person who ***** up.
Terrible police chief.- ANonHubbard, on 03/16/2008, -0/+8One of the news reports on him on YouTube say he hooked all officers named Eric up to a lie detector to find out who told the media he was breaking the law. I wonder if this "lie detector" was an e-meter.
- ROBINEW, on 03/17/2008, -0/+2Maybe he was looking for Eric Cartman......."You will respect my authoritah "

- l3v14th4n, on 03/16/2008, -0/+4Anyone living in the DFW area at the turn of the century should be quite aware with Chief Bolton. Remember this?: http://www.dallasobserver.com/2003-01-1 … f-problem/

- SPR10, on 03/16/2008, -0/+2this was a gross misuse of power boys ,but its ok. you helped our cause.
thanks chief!
you're grease for our wheels now - 11010, on 03/16/2008, -0/+1dugg for great justice.
- jeannie36832, on 03/16/2008, -0/+1I'm confused. Wasn't it DeKalb GEORGIA, not Texas?
- ANonHubbard, on 03/16/2008, -0/+1It is. Going by articles, the chief was in trouble in Texas in the past. He's now been moved to Georgia.
- sylvok, on 03/16/2008, -0/+1Some needs to check for a bit of corruption in the police here, anyone willing to help find the sauce
- Relyt22, on 03/17/2008, -0/+2Wow, it looks like Atlanta is on their way to becoming the second Clearwater. But even Clearwater's police force isn't this aggressive.
- voodooKobra, on 03/18/2008, -0/+2Why the hell hasn't this been made popular yet?
- novitasx, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1Dugg for great justice as well!
Get this up there! - stlanoncos, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1If Anonymous can bring a multimillion dollar corporation to it's knees, these folks don't stand a chance.
- slateranon, on 03/27/2008, -0/+0DeKalb police are already under Grand Jury investigation for "two fatal shootings by law enforcement officers" and "thefts of money by other officers and bias or even evidence-tampering by a former top official in the county medical examiner's office." It sounds like we have some more contacting to do to bring Chief Bolton and his shenanigans on March 15th into the mix"
