Death of man tased nine times by police ruled a homicide

wsws.org — Pikes, a sawmill worker from Winnfield, Louisiana, was killed while in police custody on January 17 after being shot nine times with a Taser gun. Dr. Williams says Pikes may already have been dead when the last two shots were fired.

    Especially the fact that they continued to tase his dead, or at least unconscious, body.
