DOD uses free yahoo e-mail for tip hotline?

i.a.cnn.net — From the front page image for the headlining CNN story about the $200,000 reward. Struck me as odd that they feature a free yahoo.com e-mail address as the tipline (baghdadtipshotline@yahoo.com). Is this image a fake or is the DOD really resorting to free e-mail hosts for their e-mailing?

    I wonder if legit tips get through their spam filter...
