The cop didnt even make any guestures or call out any commands to the bicyclist. That is aggravated assault, which is a felony. I think someone should have made a Citizen's Arrest of that son of a bitch, which is your right as an American if you witness a felony taking place. I cant believe people just sat there and watched it afterwards...

    The question is, how do you place a Police Officer under Citizen's Arrest without making him feel threatened and retaliate with a tazer or deadly force?

    This country is *****. The people authorized to have the power have too much of it, and the people who rightfully have it are just goddamn sheeple.

You and I would both be in prison right now if we did the same. Get used to it. The Police, the Military, Corporations and your Leaders are all above the law. GET USED TO IT.
