- prisoner24601, on 02/09/2008, -2/+214Hi Scientologists! Is there even ONE of you with enough courage to post on even ONE of these threads on Digg? I'd love to hear you respond to any of the questions that have been raised.
Digg's got Christians, Atheists, Muslims, Mormons, Buddhists, Apple Fanboys, Jehovah's Witnesses, Ron Paulites, Obama Girls, Gays, Jews, Agnostics, Tree-Hugger liberals, right-wing fascist Nazis, dope-smoking hippies, goths, emos, anti-tax separatists, Lolcat-ers, Aqua Teen Hunger Forcers, and just-plain-off-their-meds-crazies here and...
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM deserves more respect than Scientology does. Why? They have the guts to stand up for what they believe in the marketplace of ideas and speak for what they believe in. In the dozens of posts in the last few weeks I've yet to see ONE representative of Scientology even make a feeble attempt.
How can you not be utterly ashamed? - diggitny, on 02/09/2008, -1/+89So the head of CoS fudged on the facts. What a surprise.
Watch Scientologists "handle" an SP (suppressive person) who shows up to their party. "What are your crimes? Murder, perhaps!" Great stuff: http://youtube.com/watch?v=pPol_m8wm8Y - Berkana, on 02/09/2008, -0/+60Earth Link is a Scientology front company. If any of you are part of the Anonymous effort, and your ISP is Earthlink, you'd better believe they're on your case.

- skyfire1, on 02/09/2008, -4/+42Lets digg this ***** up.
- Toshibi, on 02/09/2008, -4/+33Dude, you're so getting sued...
- epohs, on 02/09/2008, -0/+28Keep in mind that scientologists are encouraged to lie to non-scientologists... so, any post they did make would basically carry no integrity. I am fine with them staying off digg to be honest.
- Berkana, on 02/09/2008, -0/+27Quoted from a comment in the article:
Dell has used the Co$ to train its workers in Ireland:
http://www.xenu.net/archive/WIR/wir7-09.html
From a June 2002 Magil Magazine article: "Since February of this year, Dell's Limerick plant has been availing of the services of Effective Training Solutions and its '100% Proficiency
Training' programme"

Chances are, they unknowingly hired one of the front companies created by the CoS to disseminate the teachings of L. Ron Hubbard. Either that, or they hired a Scieno over in Ireland to do their Human Resources work, and he hired a CoS affiliated consultancy. Here's a list of Scientology affiliated companies. You can see that a good number of them are consultancies:

Miscavige sounds like a creepy-ass robot during this LRHOMGPONIES rant of his. Now I know where Cruise gets it from. - cobrawu, on 02/09/2008, -0/+15Yay! More coverage on the evils of the Co$! Let's not let this one get buried. The harm they have done to individuals as well as entire families is unthinkable. Please anyone reading this do a little research! Find out for yourself! To active members: $cientology does not allow it's members to read news articles, watch TV or read anything outside of it's control. This is not because they are protecting you, this is because they are controlling you! You have so many people here to help you, just reach out. Make the decision for yourself.
- FoxOrian, on 02/09/2008, -0/+15"What are you afriad of? Hubbard knows about you."
"Uhhh.... Hubbard's dead."
Heh, that was great.
Also its amazing how any video on scientologist followers can be SO aggravating. - Mexicore, on 02/09/2008, -3/+15Did you take time off from beating your wife to post that?
- diggitny, on 02/09/2008, -0/+12Please Digg this posting about the niece of CoS leader before the diggtologists bury it for good. Raised as a Scientology child, saw her parents once a year, criticizes the disconnection policy of the organization.
http://digg.com/world_news/David_Miscavige_NIECE_t ... - rancidpony, on 02/09/2008, -0/+11Scientology can't get as much money out of a corpse so they try to limit their deaths.
- mattmcm, on 02/09/2008, -0/+11Xenu is not amused.
On the other hand, I am. - ddufour, on 02/09/2008, -0/+10Nice point, but I run into all those groups you mentioned more than I run into Scientologists in everyday life. Come to think of it... I don't believe I've ever met a scientologist.
- dartmanx, on 02/09/2008, -1/+11They're gonna sue you in England.
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -0/+10As a scientologist, I must say that I'm not a scientologist.
Huh, gotcha, you wanted a scientologist to nail didn't ya. - dicknuts, on 02/09/2008, -1/+10Religions DO NOT charge money to learn their teachings. Businesses do.
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -1/+10Comment of the year!
- TheSkunkMonkey, on 02/09/2008, -0/+8Let's add more to the Google cache on these nitwits
http://www.stupidprize.com/?name=Scientology - 40yrOldVirgin, on 02/09/2008, -0/+8The guy in green laughs just like Tom Cruise.
- ryanonfire, on 02/09/2008, -0/+87/11 always did seems a little shady
- ORBAT, on 02/09/2008, -0/+7They might be using a management consultant company affiliated with the COS. Most of them try very hard to sound legitimate and avoid mentioning either the COS or L. Ron Hubbard.
- NSResponder, on 02/09/2008, -0/+7"Chances are, they unknowingly hired one of the front companies"
They wouldn't be the first big company to do so. Companies hire woo-woo training providers all the time, without checking them out at all. Some of them just spout Deepak Chopra-style feelgood blather, some are watered-down scientology derivatives like EST (now doing business as "Landmark Forum", IIRC), some are old-fashioned bible-thumpers, and a few are clambots.
I don't believe Michael Dell would have knowingly inflicted this ***** on his employees.
-jcr - Vill4no, on 02/09/2008, -0/+7Watch how David Miscavige spins the Lisa McPherson case

- Dubstep, on 02/09/2008, -0/+7I think you're missing the point of 'the fight' and what you presumptuously call an "Internet gang". The group itself has evolved into far more than just a group of supposed Internet hackers, to (as previous videos suggest) people from all walks of life. The group now has the capacity to reach a larger audience and the means to accept whomever wishes to join.
Every activist type group has had a beginning, this is just the beginning for these people. While this battle is obviously not going to be won tomorrow, it will raise awareness to the threat that is Scientology. While it may seem frivolous to some, it really isn't. This is their learning curve/experience. They now know that they can do more, and so will do more.
Take your poorly written diatribe else where, we are Legion. - wilhoitm, on 02/09/2008, -2/+8Scientology is a cult! When is the space ship coming?
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -0/+6Digg makes me "entrubulated" when the wogs "disentigrate" the tech of LRH and the loyal officers of the Sea Org.
Fiddlity fiddlity foo
I can make up words too. - 3tcp, on 02/09/2008, -0/+6Sounds like they need to sue Scientology
- shaundee, on 02/09/2008, -1/+6Surprisingly candid for corporations, they might as well have said "We have nothing to do with the crazy *****, and if this causes any bad perception of our brands we will teach them what suing really means"
- PurpleDee, on 02/09/2008, -0/+5From the video - its the huge audience that cheers and applaudes Miscavige so much which scares the crap out of me - how can they not see through all that meaningless double speak? Meh
- shaundee, on 02/09/2008, -1/+6Shut up man
- NSResponder, on 02/09/2008, -0/+5Google for "Kieth Henson" and look up the papers he's written on how a criminal nut-cult is able to gain followers by carefully doling out and then withholding attention rewards. It's basically the same brain chemistry that gets people wrapped up in gambling and other destructive habits.
-jcr - skyfire1, on 02/09/2008, -0/+5This is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard.
- cristianl, on 02/09/2008, -1/+5Some hoaxes used to say P&G had ties with the Church of Satan.
These were the times... Anonymous were still anonymous. - JusticeAK, on 02/09/2008, -1/+5Bring them down tomorrow 2/10/08 11:00am
- Dubstep, on 02/09/2008, -0/+4In other news, the atrophy of the world has made you succumb to its pleasures.
Again, your inept arguments prove nothing. You attack 'Anonymous' with a train of thought that clearly hasn't spent more time in your mind than it takes to send the signals to your fingers to type. If you want to attack them, by all means, go ahead. But first, educate yourself. You can't instantly expect this group to go after those who can truly ruin their group.
I've already said it to you once, but realize, that this group is in the early stages of a very promising new group. Key word being, new. - foreignwarren, on 02/09/2008, -1/+5probably because the term "conservative" has been hijacked by Bush and his cronies..... Agree with Bush and his *****? then you're a fascist and probably deserve to be called worse....but if not, I suggest finding another term to describe yourself. A parallel can be found in the use of the word "gay" which has lost its meaning in modern usage as "happy".....though many would disagree... I notice alot of "conservatives" have adopted the use of the term "libertarian" such as P.J. O'Rourke.....try it on for size I guess.
- inactive, on 02/09/2008, -0/+4HUH?!?!?!?!?
Wait, a thought is coming... ALL GLORY TO KARL ROVE - inactive, on 02/09/2008, -0/+4FF to about 6:30 if bored..... "You're gettin' DELL dude"..
- Herolint, on 02/09/2008, -5/+8That is an excellent point, for which I awarded you an extra hardy digg by clicking the green thumb excessively, and with great force. And while I don't mean to detract from your comment in the least, I have to ask why the term "right-wing" gets applied to both conservatives as well as fascists.
I am a conservative in that I don't like large government and government controlling every aspect of our lives and wealth. Those, along with other beliefs, put me in a position very much contrary to both fascism and Nazi-ism.
Of course, the various beliefs I have used to classify me as a liberal, but that all changed with the 60s, so perhaps the classification of "conservative" has also changed and I need to start calling myself a libertarian or something. Maybe I could be classified as a curmudgeon, that certainly fits, but doesn't really describe my political views. But, I ramble on...
Not that I care what moniker gets applied to me... I just thought I'd ask. - zephyr42, on 02/10/2008, -1/+4no he had to take a break from chopping up the ups guy.
- prisoner24601, on 02/09/2008, -0/+3Awww... You had me going there for a second!
- shaundee, on 02/09/2008, -1/+3Yeah definitely, it's interesting to see corporations who can actually fight back in a legal way involved in this
- AlienMushroom, on 02/21/2008, -1/+3Everything connected to the Scientology is under a microscope.
It's just a free banner from Coke, people, because scientologists drink Coke.
Don't get me wrong, I hate Scientology too, but I know Coke pretty well. - stonedthot, on 02/09/2008, -0/+2Good *****, better than original post
