Cop dumps quadriplegic out of wheelchair onto floor of jail

cnn.com — A cop has been suspended without pay after callously dumping a quadriplegic onto the floor of the jail. Brian Sterner had been arrested on a warrant from a traffic citation. The cop became agitated when Sterner "refused" to get up during a routine search. Evidently, the wheelchair wasn't enough of a clue that Sterner couldn't comply.
