Conshohocken fire victims unveil class action lawsuit
whyy.org — A massive fire at a suburban Philadelphia apartment complex in August have filed a lawsuit alleging construction crews didn't follow proper safety procedures. The story also reveals that a subcontractor blamed in the suit once had a fire at its own headquarters.
