People do not want to hear the truth about abortion because it makes them uncomfortable with their choices. No woman wants to hear that she is carrying a baby - she is told it is a "product of conception" or "it's more like a tumor" and other Planned Parenthood vocabulary.
Women carry and give birth to human babies - not hamsters, not gorillas, not bumblebees. It is a BABY. No wonder the Bible said that people would be given over to a deluded mind. It sure is clear today regarding abortion.
