I'm aware that he could just be a surrogate black father who chooses to stare at his wifes boobs in family photos rather than at the camera, but it seems like they could have picked a much better photo, both as the one to insert and as the one to insert it in to.

    What I cannot believe is that more people do not call them on their hypocrisy. Affirmative action is racism. Diversity policies are racism (and sexism). They teach you that we are all equal and then go and deny you a promotion or a scholarship for being a white male.

We're telling people that race is more than just the tone of their skin, that it really matters in deep important ways, when we do stuff like this.

    I'm told that one of the local colleges near me likes to rearrange "candid photos" for admissions brochures to make them more racially diverse.
