- Physicsmazz, on 07/23/2008, -0/+6Our judicial system is broken! Though I'm sure that's not news to anyone.
- solboldi, on 07/23/2008, -0/+4Liberal activist judges destroying the legal system. How many pedophiles are on the streets when they should be in prison?
- neognostic, on 07/23/2008, -0/+3What bothers me the most, is that the judge heard in testimony that this pervert was actively recruiting a new victim, and he also passed out fliers saying the first victim had sex with animals when he was jilted.
If I lived in Broward County or knew someone in the county, I'd be very afraid for my children.
Here are the contact numbers for the judge and his boss, be nice to the ladies who answer the phone, they are just bystanders.
TOBIN, VICTOR CHIEF JUDGE (954) 831-6332
GOLD, MARC H. (954) 831-7807 - GaryPhilly, on 07/23/2008, -0/+2This is completely outrageous. The judge should be disbarred, IMO.
- bigot, on 07/24/2008, -0/+2If it was my child that wannabe muslim was abusing I wouldn't want him in jail for obvious reasons, but he'd wish he was in jail when I got through with him.
- ImperialRome, on 07/24/2008, -0/+2Its not the justice system, the system did its job in this case. Its the Judge. He made a bad call. Now we have to live with it.
I wonder if the family will consider this when it comes time to vote, because they are all democrats in Broward government.
Judges are appointed at first, but they must be re-elected to continue to serve. Here's hoping that the democrats of Broward will not re-elect him again. - megamod, on 07/23/2008, -0/+2Wipe that stupid grin off your face...
- allisonrose870, on 07/24/2008, -0/+2Another case and another reckless judge who have ruled outside the norm to grant special treatment to criminal sex offenders/rapists/molesters. Abhorrent!!!
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the judge who presided over this case (and gave the special bond to the convicted criminal pending appeal, who obviously should not have been granted it at all), probably views child pornography. It seems to be a growing trend among judges and [ACLU type] lawyers and IMO, a definite and valid motive for why we are witnessing a rash of cases from state to state where sexual crimes committed against children are not getting the sentences handed down as ought to be and should be.
I am so sick and tired of our justice system doing back flips and inventing reasons to protect those convicted of sexual crimes. They are charged with protecting and keeping citizens and communities safe, not circumventing the law to appease their opinions on how criminals should be sentenced with respect to sexual crimes.
I am definitely going to make some phone calls on this one and demand proper justice for the victims, not the convicted (notice I didn't say accused!) - inactive, on 07/23/2008, -0/+1Since justice is in the hands of the people, please distribute: http://www.flsexoffender.net/offender/flyer.do?per ...

Citation? Any sort of credible proof to back that up, or are you talking out of your ass again?
You could always give him a call and ask him your questions too: Marc H. Gold: 954-831-7807
Report back with your findings! - larissa13, on 07/23/2008, -0/+1WOW. this story just reminds you of how our justice system is failing all citizens, including innocent children.
- inactive, on 07/24/2008, -1/+2The bastards, judge and offender, should be sentenced to death.
- meuse, on 07/23/2008, -3/+2"Weeks after the trial, Broward Circuit Judge Marc Gold, who presided over the trial and sentenced Mohanlal, granted the teacher a rare bond that allows him to remain free while his case is tried on appeal, a process that could take years."
That's the Jew-dicial system for you. Rent this animal an apartment near Mr. Gold's synagogue and he'll be locked up pronto.
