If you compared IRAQI CIVILIAN casualties with CHICAGO'S then you'd be getting somewhere logically. There were 756 Iraqi murders in the month of May to Chicago's 125 OVER THE ENTIRE SUMMER.... idiots.

Summer 08: An estimated 125 people were shot and killed over the summer.
So, 1/4 of the people die in summer, where more people are out and about doing things. I'm willing to bet that less homicides occur during the cold months.
