- RogerStrong, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Yup, we don't like locking people up indefinately without being charged. These laws were brought in after 9/11 and given a five-year limit. They were never used.
Like the American Patriot act, the laws were't needed during the cold war - and Al Qaida ain't no Soviet Union.
