California's Top Court to Decide On Legalization of Same-Sex

foxnews.com — Both sides in the gay marriage debate will be watching California's highest court Thursday to see if the biggest U.S. state goes the way of Massachusetts and legalizes same-sex marriage.

    Why not have fathers marrying their daughters? Or mothers marrying their nephews? Or eliminate the age barrier and allow grown men to marry young boys?

    If you erase the line in what constitutes a marriage, where, then, do you re-draw it?

    As a matter of fact, the activist judges on the California Supreme Court have VIOLATED the Defense of Marriage Act of 1996 and must be arrested for violating that law and for violating the Racketeer and Influence Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act POSTHASTE!
    This is ALL THE MORE REASON Californians MUST support the constitutional amendment to PERMANENTLY BAN FAKE MARRIAGE!
    Californians said NO to fake marriage in 2000 by a 61,4 percent margin. What part of NO FAKE MARRIAGE do you NOT understand?! They will SAY NO AGAIN just as a number of people in a number of other states have said NO TO FAKE MARRIAGE.
    We the people WILL CONTINUE to fight fake marriage and to work toward its complete abolition. There IS a reason marriage IS LIMITED to ONE MAN ONE WOMAN: You risk a slippery slope that will result in fake marriages rooted in polygamy bestiality and even pederasty.
    This wrongheaded ruling flies in the face of millenia of culture and moral values and as a result MUST BE OVERTURNED AT ONCE and the judges who ruled in such a wrongheaded way MUST BE JAILED!
    Anyone who disagrees with me is mentally deficient and anti-American not to mention totally immoral.
    STOP FAKE MARRIAGE NOW AND MAKE SURE IT STAYS STOPPED FOREVER!
    Fake marriage is NOT a sign of "progress". It is another sign that radical Marxists who have perverted the homosexual agenda in effort to destroy American society MUST BE STOPPED AT ONCE.
    SUPPORT THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO PROTECT REAL MARRIAGE --- OR LEAVE THE UNITED STATES ALTOGETHER!

      This ruling determined the constitutionality of the ban on same-sex marriage. Voting something unconstitutional is not legal. This why the 6 Republicans and 1 Democrat on that court overturned it.

      You can't blame Democrats for not listening to the majority on this one.

We are concerned more with the rules than with those who are breaking them. These people need REAL help. Obviously this ruling is outrageous to someone with moral upbringing and common sense, but for someone hurting and confused trapped in a lifestyle with no cure, this makes perfect sense. We as a Christian culture need to be effectively reaching out to this hurting group of people instead of treating them like the plague. We need to live what we believe.

All of this BS started with the so called 'Separation of Church and State.' That single mis-interpretation of the Constitution started the fall of our country. I seriously doubt this is a Biblical end of the world, but we are well into the last days of the United States. Osamabama will more than likely seal our fate.

This should have been legal all along and I am truly sorry these people have had to fight all these years to get the right to do something they should have never been denied in the first place. Honestly, whose business is it of yours or mine if these people get married? Just a bunch of hate mongering for the sake of hate mongering but then that's how you all thrive isn't it? If you aren't hating women, you're hating Muslims and if you get tired of hating Muslims, you jump to homosexuals. What would happen if everyone did what you wanted them to do and you had no one left to hate? Then what?
