Important Vacant positions in departments are crippling those departments. Vacant diplomatic positions can't be helping our image either. This is just a joke. If the current scandals weren't enough, add to that the destruction of the governments departments and management hierarchy.

I am pretty sure at the rate we are going, and where the elections will ultimately end up (in another extremist's hands) we are HISTORY. I'm moving to Canada as soon as I have finished my college, not because of my lack of love for the country, but my loss of faith in the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of our government. BASICALLY OUR GOVERNMENT AS A WHOLE. It's still worrisome that not only is the U.S. behind in it mandated recording of history, but also that the B.A. is being ultra-sluggish with it as well.
Bush kept saying "history will judge me" -- perhaps he's putting it off for as long as possible so that memories get foggy when his history is finally written. In most states it requires training courses, gun locks, and licenses. Felons (of any crime) cannot carry weapons. Nor can people ever affiliated with any gang activity, or involved in ANY violent dispute (ever been questioned by police after a fight breaks out at a bar your at... you can't own a weapon). In my state (Mass) approx 1/20 people I talk to admit to owning a firearm (3 people in my 62 person workplace for the record). So lets just say that any kind of 'revolution' could be stomped into the ground by the state police... they wouldn't even need to call in the military.
So our little coup would make it as far as town hall.... your suggestion is stupid since the president has one of the worlds largest security forces (150 highly trained, heavily armed) protecting him 24/7. But every American should know about this organization and it's attempts to erode our national sovereignty for the "good" of globalization (that's what happens when you allow corporations to become members of an organization that has secret meetings to dictate US foreign policy.
