Broadcom sues Qualcomm for patent misuse
tcmagazine.com — Broadcom really has it out for Qualcomm as the company has once again sued the San Diego telecommunications solutions provider. Through a complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego, Broadcom is accusing Qualcomm of patent misuse.
