- hadees, on 06/15/2008, -7/+24It is hilarious when that guy said you can't erase Jerusalem from the Koran. Ironically he is correct because you can't erase something that isn't in it.
I'm more willing to compromise then Dr. Kedar is. If the Palestinians having part of Jerusalem is so important for there to be peace I would support trading the Arab Quarter (ie not the Jewish, Armenian, or Christian) of the old city for some of Settlements right over the armistice line.
Although I don't understand how they can claim ownership over part of Jerusalem for religious reasons but Jews can't get part of Hebron which is the second holiest city for Jews. - fleischner, on 06/15/2008, -6/+18One fatwa, coming right up...

- sbernie, on 06/15/2008, -3/+11Wikipedia is known for its unbiased and accurate information. If I were in your position, I would search out information from a different source. There has never been an arab people called palestinians. There was a seafaring people from the Greek Isles that settled along to coast that were called Philistines, but they were not arab. And they disappeared from history long before Mohammad and Islam ever existed.
- sensor, on 06/15/2008, -3/+4Are you serious? Did you even look at my link? The image is from the United Nations. Or is the UN antisemitic too? And not to be trusted?
- AFrei, on 06/17/2008, -3/+1It's funny how Al Jazeera is less fascist with its guests than Fox news.
- inactive, on 06/16/2008, -5/+2But of course. The antisemitic UN has come up with the division plan that is the basis for the Israeli state.
- makkaveli19, on 06/16/2008, -4/+1i dont care what anyone says, palestinian, arab, mole people call them what you want. the people living there own the land and no one has the right to come in and take it. specially in this day and age.
- yuutokun, on 06/15/2008, -5/+2At 2:35 I could swear the guy says *****. And a little after that at 2:30 the other guy counters by mentioning Yanni for some reason.
- stephenhacking, on 06/16/2008, -4/+1not really convincing
- inactive, on 06/16/2008, -8/+3Except of course the West Bank IS occupied territory. Even the International Court of Justice called it that in its ruling on the wall/fence Israel is illegally building there.
- sensor, on 06/15/2008, -10/+4What the hell do you mean that West Bank is not occupied? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Westbankjan06.j ... shows clearly that Israel has constructed settlements and built walls around them. Is that not occupation? ... and what about Jerusalem?
