Killers move around us every day, but few of us pay much attention to peoples behavior; rarely even our own.In San Juan, PR where i live, the Gov't estimates 25% of the population are sociopaths. Sociopaths, like Psychopaths, like to hurt or kill people, but care about getting caught. I see them every day, observing behavior nearly constantly, but not fearfully. In paying attention, I can easily avoid them. A "smart" person solves a problem; a "wise" one avoids it
