    It really was good coverage on this, too.
  • alapoet, on 07/25/2008, -0/+5Whoa... When I lived in SoCal, I was in quite a few traffic jams on "the 5" caused by traffic accidents, but thankfully, none as spectacular as this.

    Glad the guy survived -- and yes, he's very lucky! He definitely did the right thing in getting the hell out of his vehicle once it was disabled on the freeway. Otherwise he'd have been toast.
