- EndersGame, on 12/28/2007, -27/+325Skip to 2:15 for the interesting part. She seems so sure that he is dead, I wonder why she never tried to spread the truth regarding the matter, knowing full well that most Americans assume he is still alive and hating our freedoms. Maybe she did and was silenced? Maybe that is why she was killed? I personally think OBL is dead, he hasn't made a verified appearance in years.
- cyberdork, on 12/28/2007, -21/+263She's talking about Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, who murdered US journalist Daniel Pearl and is in prison since February 2002 awaiting his execution.
Bhutto talked about the kidnapping and murdering of the British and American tourists, so my guess is she wanted to say "Omar Sheikh who murdered Daniel Pearl." Weird mistake, but who knows... - MrDNA, on 12/28/2007, -7/+223If any video ever deserved to reach the front page, this one does. Did she misspeak? Didn't sound like it to me.
- Albionshores, on 12/28/2007, -13/+208To what end would it serve the Ministry Of Peace to announce the death of Emmanuel Goldstein?
- metapop, on 12/28/2007, -9/+156something is rotten in the state of denmark.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -12/+154Frost just totally buzzed right past it.. not even phased.. I heard it and almost ***** myself that she said it.
really.. the woman is.. was.. one of the most knowledgeable figures in the middle east about the middle east. - geezas, on 12/28/2007, -5/+140Elephant in the room that nobody sees ;]
- gavin422, on 12/28/2007, -4/+110Wait, people still think Bin Laden is alive? The man had kidney failure and has been dragging a dialysis machine with him since before 2001. Add to that the Afghanistan military campaign, and the fact that every reference to current events in his last video came while the video frame was frozen. Put two and two together, people. The man's been dead for a while.
- tryangles, on 12/28/2007, -17/+109Oh C'mon. He is not dead. He is planning the next terrist attack on the infidel Americans. There is no way 80,000 troops with all the greatest technology in the world can capture this dialysis dependent, video making, gun toting, freedom hating Al Qaeda mob boss running muslim.
- Raian, on 12/28/2007, -17/+92Formula for suicide: 1) Be a women 2) Announce you can stop terrorism in pakistan 3) run for office.
- littlespy, on 12/28/2007, -8/+76the more I research it, the more I am beginning to think the man has been dead for quite some time
- impei, on 12/28/2007, -1/+65Keep talking like that and you'll have th Ministry of Love after you.
- Chirp08, on 12/28/2007, -11/+70lets be honest, we all know he just went to wikipedia for 35 seconds..
- danarama, on 12/28/2007, -5/+60yes he is a super evil genius living on planet terror
- arono, on 12/28/2007, -0/+55Except for the 'genius' part.
- fleury29, on 12/28/2007, -0/+48If OBL is not dead the man is effn superman, I think he died and Al Qaeda burned the body. We are never finding him. My grandfather only lasted 3 years on dialysis, and trust me he wasn't doing any cave hopping. If ppl are shocked God help us.
Tryangles thanks for the leg work in either knowing how to spell "Qaeda" or looking it up. :P - MikeyPow, on 12/28/2007, -4/+50Your right. That was exactly what I thought when I heard it. Omar Sheikh would never murder Osama Bin Laden. She meant to say Daniel Pearl.
- Daedalus81, on 12/28/2007, -3/+45I'm looking forward to Morgan Spurlock's documentary on OBL now...
- GhostyBoy, on 12/28/2007, -4/+44There have been news outlets all over that reported his death, he even had a funeral. It seems extremely likely that he has been dead for years. We need to stop depending on western mainstream media. It's ***** up everything.
- Konstantino, on 12/28/2007, -2/+41I hate how we keep referencing that book, especially since it seems more and more apparent every day.
- offwithyourtv, on 12/28/2007, -3/+42He is not dead. He is planning the next record with Tupac and Elvis!
- natastna2, on 12/28/2007, -11/+49idiot.
- petebert, on 12/28/2007, -9/+45if he's dead can we stop our war of terror?
- impei, on 12/28/2007, -1/+34Nov 2, 2007
- Miche1987, on 12/28/2007, -4/+35"a women"
Sorry to point it out, but that typo in particular drives me absolutely insane. - vbullinger, on 12/28/2007, -0/+30"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."
- G.W. Bush, 3/13/02
Think about how long ago that was: he was never our priority. From day one, Bush wanted to invade Iraq: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inyCkCvqRO0 - mweber02, on 12/28/2007, -11/+39She may have meant to say Daniel Pearl. Omar Sheikh also wired $100,000 to Mohammed Atta, the supposed ringleader 9/11, so it would make sense for Sheikh to kill bin Laden before the little canary sang to loudly. There's really know way to know for sure.
- danarama, on 12/28/2007, -8/+34I second idiot.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -2/+28Yeah, you go ahead and give his general practitioner a call.
- bigsteve, on 12/28/2007, -5/+30...wow.
- Rehnborg, on 12/28/2007, -2/+26I'm at work, does the video show when this interview was?
- siska1, on 12/28/2007, -5/+29Osama: CIA asset Tim Osman
He's the new Goldstein (from 1984) ....A boogey man to keep the American sheep in line behind our warmongering terrorist government - inactive, on 12/28/2007, -1/+25And I'm sure we'd like to see concrete evidence that he's still alive. Both are hard to come by.
- dxgg, on 02/05/2008, -5/+28Why digg down? Shakespeare is cool.
- Djarum, on 12/28/2007, -6/+29Osama Bin Laden has been dead for at least 2 years, perhaps more. It is fairly well known throughout the world but without a body there is no "proof" Hell, he hasn't even been mentioned in "chatter" in over a year. If he isn't dead he is at least not involved with day to day or overall plans of the organization.
AQ is not announcing his death as it would hurt them worldwide. Their "leader" dies like a coward while running from the "infidels" doesn't help the cause. Better for them to still pretend he is alive and use him as a figurehead or mascot.
No western government is going to come right out and say he is dead without some sort of hard evidence. After all the bad calls before and after 9-11 the last thing they want to do is come out and say he is dead and then 5 minutes later a new video appears and he calls them morons. Also with certain governments using him and the group as propaganda to further their own plans and ideals it is not in their own best interested to come out and say the "Great Satan" is dead. - inactive, on 12/28/2007, -11/+33There you go people, you heard from the horse's mouth! Also, why would she bother mentioning Osama's son Hamza bin Laden? Clearly because Osama is long gone!
- Morfildor, on 12/28/2007, -0/+21Iamyourowner iz in ur medicine cabnet eatin' up all ur pillz.
- jollyholly, on 12/28/2007, -7/+27Why did this never make it to the news?? Maybe because the whole reason we sent troops into Afghanistan to begin with was to catch Osama bin Laden? Now that he's dead, we have no reason to keep troops in the region.. does Cheney have some other agenda?
- rahba, on 12/28/2007, -16/+36Hmm, either she misspoke or she accidentally revealed a conspiracy by the Bush administration who would rather have people think Osama is alive so that the Freemasons, in league with the Knights Templar, could continue to hide the truth that Jesus had a child and Karl Rove is the direct descendant.
- Tearlock, on 12/28/2007, -0/+20Didn't the last official "video" of Bin Laden kinda give this away? Given that the footage was choppily cut together and his beard was mysteriously black again (they claimed he dyed it, unlikely as it's against his fundamentalist beliefs). From that point forward there was little question for me that he was dead.
- z00k, on 12/28/2007, -3/+23We still need oil.
- m4csrgh3yk3v, on 12/28/2007, -7/+27She was talking to major media by the look of it.
On that alone, my bet is that she misspoke. Any reporter worth his salt would have pounced on that spicy meatball. - dgh1973, on 12/28/2007, -3/+22"about the middle east? Pakistan is part of Asia not the middle east...Sad to hear about someone like her dying nonetheless."
All middle eastern countries are Asian... the middle east is not a continent, just a geographical categorization. Nice try though.
Rather like saying "Kansas is in North America, not the mid-west". - mihkeltt, on 12/28/2007, -0/+19i can somehow comprehend with the first part of your comment, but was "lol" really nessecary?
- SpyDerMann, on 12/28/2007, -5/+23That reminds me of this picture (If you ever watched the movie "Weekend at Bernie's" you'll know what the joke is about) :
http://www.file83.com/Weekend_at_Osamas.jpg
"Osama bin Laden would be the perfect terrorist to scare people into voting Republican in 2006. Except for one small thing... he's dead."
WEEKEND AT OSAMA'S. Coming soon to your local theater! - swingsetacid, on 12/28/2007, -8/+26If everyone is so determined to be nit-picky around here, look, I can google:
"The Middle East is a historical and political region of Afro-Eurasia with no clear boundaries." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_East
"the lands around the southern and eastern shores of the Mediterranean Sea, extending from Morocco to the Arabian Peninsula and Iran and sometimes beyond. " - Encyclopedia Britannica - zyl0x, on 12/28/2007, -3/+21Geez, that's kinda.. recent.. like, suspiciously recent.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -10/+28Is it just me or is she kind of hot? You know is a muslim sort of way....
- phnx0221, on 12/28/2007, -0/+17Better now then never. It's unfortunate that this wasn't brought to light sooner, but if it was, I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't have been as apt to listen. A lot of people only pay attention to things when they are sensationalized. I'd rather have that be the cause for this attention now, then for us to continue paying attention to ***** celebrity nonsense and the normal political propaganda.
- orxor, on 12/28/2007, -1/+17I'm sorry I missed the funny part.
