Thanks to the fraudulent left-right paradigm of the Bilateral War Party, the "Democrats" are just as culpable of the Bush Laden Family crimes as are the "Republicans."
Let us recall that Congress appropriated $40 million for impeaching the globalist Bill Clinton for lying about getting a little head and only $15 million for the "official" exposition into the events of 9/11, the 9/11 Commission. - Cybrwolf, on 07/25/2008, -22/+305Out-*****-Standing!
- alapoet, on 07/25/2008, -19/+228Vincent Bugliosi has earned my highest, deepest respect -- and that of every American.
- ToxNub, on 07/25/2008, -17/+191I don't mean to point the finger... but why does it always take you Americans until the last month of their office to even begin to impeach?
The world would have been a better place if you did this several years ago. - inactive, on 07/25/2008, -13/+167One guy ***** an intern and gets impeached
The other ***** a country and suffers no consequence.
Is this justice? - dhVyse, on 07/25/2008, -18/+166Amazing clip, great update. I really hope something is actually done though, I don't have much faith left.
- heysuburbia, on 07/25/2008, -16/+153Very precise, well put, and compact.
Maybe having it put together so tightly and "bullet point like" in such a matter of fact way, people will finally pay attention. - King0007, on 07/25/2008, -16/+145There is a second clip (Second part of testimony) NOT up yet that is even better.....when somebody can find it...Link it here.

- fa22raptor, on 07/25/2008, -16/+70All is coming together. Time is winding down for those that have shook the foundation of the free world. Just as it has been told before, " The truth will set you free." Regardless of party, people are coming aboard for the sake of truth and their freedoms. What you are witnessing here is the continuation of the revolution. Father Caughlin - Sword of Truth- once said. "He may be a republican or a democrat, but we're tired of the sham battles of the politicians." God Bless the Republic and may freedom ring! Never retreat, never surrender.

- mikelieman, on 07/25/2008, -4/+42Former UNITED STATES ATTORNEY Elizabeth de la Vega made an *excellent* case for indicting Bush et. al. under 18 USC 371.
Given that Martha Stewart served a year in Federal Prison for violating 18 US 1001 WHILE **NOT** UNDER ANY OATH, there's probably cause to charge them under that statute, too.
Now, all we need is a United States Attorney who *isn't* a Loyal Bushie Traitor...
There's 2 sets of laws in this nation. One for the Loyal Bushies, and another for the rest of us ------ - MorganMghee, on 07/25/2008, -17/+54rtsp://video1.c-span.org/60days/e072508_executive2.rm is pt2 of the hearing. executive1.rm is pt1. Rep. Dan Lungren makes the mistake of using a previous presidents reliance on poor intelligence and it's poor results to imply intelligence is never solid, (a fog he called it) and Bush's situation was no different. What this actually does is draw attention to the fact that intelligence has long been known to be foggy (actually, it's only known to be foggy when it suits them, it is 'practically fact' when it suits them also and this is how our intelligence is portrayed to other nations and clearly explains why his other argument that 'other countries were on board with the intelligence also') and so such a monumental decision to begin a war with a country that HAS NOT ATTACKED US should not have been made on such 'foggy' information based on our previous experiences.
And as a BTW, complaining about the high emotions displayed by the witnesses is despicable in this situation Senator Lungren. Had you and your colleagues been doing their jobs for the American people no doubt we would have stayed complacently in our homes. It's a tough go getting us out of our chairs to even vote for you, when something goes so horribly wrong as to bring citizens not only out of their chairs and homes but out of their cities and states to your doorstep you should recognize it and accept it as the consequences of your own inaction. And do not forget, Sir, WE are the majority and your job is to follow OUR lead. If we are up in arms, so should YOU be - kenrblan, on 07/25/2008, -3/+40He was the lead prosecutor in the Charles Manson murder trial.
- chrome327, on 07/25/2008, -8/+45This one? The Presser "Clinton's Blowjob is worse than this? Seriously?" smackdown.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q53p34yzZac - TheShad0w, on 07/25/2008, -5/+41Does it really matter? Does being republican or democrat really matter at all? I am tired of hearing the blame game. I am tired of our government sounding like two toddlers squabbling with each other. They are adults. This has reached a level of ridiculousness that has far reaching ramifications. I mean seriously stop and look at the "audience" in the chamber. They sat there and basically placated him. They weren't listening. They weren't acknowledging they were off in their own worlds ignoring everything that was said. I'm sorry but thats not just rude that idiotic. Is this a prime example of how our governing body handles all matters? Its asinine that I'm paying taxes so that they can feel plutocratic.
We need to call for change. Not just you and I. I mean everyone and if we don't get it we force it. There are many small changes that are needed to prevent this from happening again. Or to at least reduce their ability.
* Remove Executive Privilege - You are a public servant. You volunteered your time to do this job. Every last thing you do is a reflection of this country and there for every last decision you make must be transparent to the government and its people. Don't like it? Don't run for office. How can a system of checks and balances work if we can't check up on them.
* Prohibit bills that may contain laws that don't correlate and/or connect with each other. For example; it would no longer be allowed that a bill that is for educational spending have a sub bill that would be about military spending. These two don't coincide. They shouldn't be voted on together.
* Public vote of no confidence/Public vote of impeachment. -- Impeachment was supposed to be a means to remove a politician or leader from office for failure to meet the needs/desires of the people. This was supposed to be imposable up to the office of the president. The unfortunate snafu and loop hole is that our elected officials are responsible for determining when to impeach an individual. Obviously they are failing us. More than 50% of the Nation don't agree with G.W.B.'s plans, intentions, or ideals. Yet the people have no power. No. I say that if our elected officials won't do their job we will do it for them. I say that the people be allowed to call a vote of no confidence against our leaders. It should be relatively simple. Requiring signatures to get it placed onto the voting ballet and then voted upon.
* Removal of political office perks. No more tax payer money should be allowed to go towards cars, boats, or houses. Any and all expenditures should be reviewed and logged. Our government isn't a company where you can expense things off. You chose to run for office. You volunteered to represent the people. You will volunteer your time. We the tax payers will pay for your plane tickets (Coach only) to get to D.C. We will even pay for the rental car while you're in D.C. We will pay for meals while you're IN SESSION. We will not pay for anything else.
* Vote of agreement on Presidential Pardons - If we the people don't agree with your pardons and the elected officials don't then guess what your buddy who ripped off the country gets to sit and rot in prison.
People this is a short list. But personally these are the major ones to me. My goal is to give more power back to the people and be able to hold the government liable for its actions. The old saying of "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" is very true and seen in our current government. - xDynaBlade, on 07/25/2008, -2/+36The punishment for treason is death, is it not?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Vincent Bugliosi received his law degree in 1964. In his career at the L.A. County District Attorney’s office, he successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder convictions without a single loss. His most famous trial, the Charles Manson case, became the basis of his classic, Helter Skelter, the biggest selling truecrime book in publishing history. Two of Bugliosi’s other books—And the Sea Will Tell and Outrage—also reached #1 on the New York Times hardcover bestseller list. No other American true-crime writer has ever had more than one book that achieved this ranking. - nmapper, on 07/25/2008, -9/+41lock them up.
- vurdillac, on 07/25/2008, -1/+32He's also the author of "The Betrayal of America" - a really good breakdown, in laymen's terms, of the Supreme Court's decision on Bush v. Gore and how it amounted to an unlawful judicial coup d'etat. That one will make your blood boil, too.
- nelsonwinters, on 07/25/2008, -3/+32Don't forget to send Karl Rove to jail.
