The police have blocked off the main street and from what I saw the incident is isolated to the Civic Center where the shooter(s) holed up.

- Christianptriot, on 04/03/2009, -3/+10In PA in 1998 the state passed Concealed carry for everyone EXCEPT Philly - the fear was that more guns on teh streets would equal more dead people, and they wanted to keep crime down.
