- inactive, on 06/05/2008, -0/+1 These kids who were , with all probability teasing and bullying a caged animal. Literally asked for what they got. I have no sympathy for stupidity and sadistic acts against helpless animals. These two legged animals should not get one cent.
If I was the judge or jury, I would make the survivors pay for the death of their drugged and drunken "friend". I wopuld make them pay every expense, they incurred to the zoo, plus interest. I would make them pay for the tiger, they caused its death. All hospitalization, burial, I mean every single cent these scabs deliberately stole from the zoo, police, hospitals, the taxpayers and the dead kids family
They caused their own injuries, they assisted in the death of their "friend".
Also, was this a set up payday, for these pieces of human excrement, and they messed with the wrong paycheck. - Ruler4you, on 06/04/2008, -2/+1Alcohol AND pot? Well, that certainly does add up to a tiger attack doesn't it?
Only in California can this equation add up to no liability to the zoo to keep animals in adequately secure settings.
If there is a no dancing protocol or calling the animals names policy at the zoo then maybe (kidding)... but this "IS" stupid as only California can deliver stupid. And we ALL know that stupid is as stupid does.
