Arrest warrant issued for deputy in wheelchair incident
baynews9.com — Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee issued an arrest warrant for Charlotte Marshall-Jones Friday night, the deputy caught on video dumping quadriplegic Brian Sterner from his wheelchair during a recent jail booking. Gee said he felt "horrified, disgusted, and very disappointed," upon learning of the incident.
