Argentina to 'Ban the Bulb'
greenpeace.org — In the last two years, over 10 countries have committed to banning the incandescent lightbulb. Argentina's move to ban the bulb by 2010 is the first legislative step taken by a South American country to rid itself of inefficient lighting.

Here it should be mandatory, as in many of the other countries. I'm glad that this actions are been taking in consideration everytime by more countries but much more has to be done
