I mentioned the whole thing to some friends on msn (who dont read digg) and they already knew all about it, infact they were more than happy to help out with the DDoS. I for one welcome our new online overloards.

In the case of Scientology, Anon is united on something they happen to have a common belief in as a group of individuals-- so Anonymous unites under a common cause. But always, first and foremost, Anon does it for the lulz.

I once got accosted by CoS members in Laguna Beach. I was wearing a Bad Religion hat, you know the rock band? Next thing I know I am surrounded and this one guy is in my face spitting vile profanities at me, raving on about Scientology. I truly suspect he was on drugs or something; anyway this idiot caused such a scene, the cops showed up. After the cops broke it up, he pulled me aside and told me that they had other complaints about the CoS members confronting people.
These people are straight nuts! You would think I was wearing a hat that said, "Tom Cruise is Gay!" I hear they draw & quarter you for this kind of statement.
