    So what is their unemployment rate again? When you have to find workers who will work; even when they know they can't fire you, and half think kidnapping you to try to get a raise is ok... how hard are you going to scrutinize that list.

    Or is the answer "Screw it, I'm not hiring anyone until you people quit being stupid"? Heck, "the hell with this, the factory is closed" seems a reasonable response. If you don't want to respect your boss enough not to kidnap him; maybe you don't exactly deserve to have a job.
