By the way if the project will not collect 2 million registrations - all the money will be donated to Red Cross organization - not so bad, is it? :)

Here some very creative person has outlined a vast project of building this lovely park with granite walls in the Latvian countryside. On the walls for only a mere 5 Euros you too may have your name engraved for prosperity. Project is backed by Latvian government, so it's not scam at all.
