33 arrested at Big Blockade of UK nuclear bomb factory

blockawe.blogspot.com — Major blockade of the Atomic Weapons Establishment at Aldermaston, Berkshire (near London) in protest at the renewal of Britain's Trident nuclear weapons. Around 300 campaigners attended, of which 33 were arrested. The event was organised by Trident Ploughshares and supported by CND, Block the Builders and the Aldermaston Women's Peace Camp.
