I'll probably get dugg down for this, but for extreme callous situations like this we should do what my mother mentioned should happen.
It's maybe 20 years ago and she took us to epcot center in Florida. We're walking through the shark tank and she says, "You know how these guys can make even more money?" I'm sure you can understand where she was going. Sorry, but it's hard to feel anything other than extreme anger when you hear stories such as this. Throw them to the sharks, man!
