He was 16, he was thinking with his penis. If some girl had come up to me looking about my age when I was 16 and said "hey, let's *****!" my pants would have been off in a second (as it stands, I didn't get laid until college).
How many other boys have done the same thing and just not gotten caught? If you think about the big picture for a minute, not only is this kid's life ruined, it's also polluting the sex offender registry with false positives. Lina Medina got pregnant at 5 years old; its not uncommon for girls 9 and 10 to get pregnant. you get pregnant by having sex. and before you can have sex, you have to have sexual thoughts and in most cases with the except of true rape which is usually resisted, be an active and willing participant desiring sex.
Or this...and now tell me if you REALLY thjnk that this ***** was wrongly accused, or if he DID do what they say and he just refuses to accept that it is wrong. I am still looking for it, but I remember he had a post that was EXTREMELY disturbing. One that had more than a few replies begging him to seek professional help. Not in a jooking or mocking way either. In a way that was clear that they truly thought he was eventually going to lash out and murder a roomful of women.
