While no one EVER has the right to violate somebody else like that, just don't put yourself anywhere close to that situation - don't get in cars with strangers, don't get drunk at a party where you don't know anybody, don't walk home alone at 3 am in a foreign country. However, after being raped, I'd guess the girl was in such shock and so disoriented that nobody could blame her for expecting that the next person she'd encounter couldn't possibly do the same thing to her again. How awful.
