Now was it rape... yeah, I'd say so, but it wasn't that he never said no, it was just that he had no real idea what he was getting into at the time. Honestly I'd blame the parents as much as the older kid. Where were the older kids parents when this was going on? My friend wanted to go talk to his parents about it but they were not very open with him (they hadn't even given him the birds & the bees talk yet) plus he was afraid of what they would think of him. So parents be open with your kids and you know, do some actual parenting.

They pee on elderly victims as they have heart attacks, kill children, rape children, lure kids into gang ambushes and laugh while they are stabbed to death and bleed out crying for their mom...is this sort of depravity limited to English children or are there similar examples throughout Western Europe?

The problem is that our welfare system (giving free houses, all bills paid for free, free money handouts) basically encourages children to get pregnant as soon as they get their periods. It just gets worse and worse. Kids have kids who have kids who have kids, and not a parent amongst them. When you have huge families of stupid and violent people you eventually distill and shape the progeny into things like this little monster.
