Science is NOT faith-based

I am a scientist, and a Christian. To me these two things mutually co-exist. Why? For one I believe that God is the Master Scientist, master potter, call Him what you will. He set all the universe in motion, gave us the scientific laws we hold so dear, a … (see comment)

Research has found the “missing link” in the evolution of the eye.
Comment in News (-8 diggs, 2 replies) - on 12/04/2007
*sigh* sorry evolutionists, this is just wishful thinking on your part... oh wait, it's ALL wishful thinking. You're desperately looking for 'missing links' when there are none. All eyes were created by God and they were '...wonderfully made'. (see comment)

What I don't like is when Christians say they are 'devout' and then say they believe God created us through evolution. Sorry mate, one or the other. My God is all-powerful, yours is all-wimpy. I think I prefer mine! One other thing - Christians can argue … (see comment)

HUGE List of Games for Linux, check it out!
Comment in News (-3 diggs, 0 replies) - on 08/07/2007
These days Linux can play just about as many games as Windows (though if you multi-boot Win 98, XP, and Vista I guess you could say you have it all covered, but what a waste of time). Think about it. With Ubuntu, ScummVM (all those LucasArts games with p … (see comment)

Do You Text Message While Driving?
Comment in News (-15 diggs, 1 reply) - on 07/17/2007
I text while driving mainly because I can't have the phone to my ear or the cops would pull me over. I consider texting though to be way more dangerous. Yet another example of over-legislation... Laws cannot physically stop people using mobile phones. In … (see comment)

It really tickles me to see the hackles on all you evolutionists raised here. You seem to have cultivated an offensively huge superiority complex. First offense: Many of you claim evolution is scientific. You also hate Creationists because they 'claim s … (see comment)
