I took it as any pre-existing resource. Soliciting people to answer questions isn't like cracking a book or doing research online. Granted, the employer should have been more explicit. (see comment)

Give them a break. Your search results are messed up because their servers aren't arranged like Google's. Cuil might not go down, but when they are getting hammered (as in with Digg and a global media blitz) some of the results will not be available. G … (see comment)

Hurt recruitment? West Point should be enough of a draw for young men.. West Point has a great football tradition and great academics. If you have to lure cadets to WP with promises of the NFL, then that recruit has no business being there. (see comment)
