fluxbox is great, very fast and minimal if you're stuck on Windows you can try Blackbox as well which is a very similar window manager (see comment)

I was amazed they picked such an awful screenshot of it. I used it about 4 or 5 years ago and it looked much better then that. It had some pretty cool effects, it just seemed a lot more buggy and had less support then some of the better known WMs (see comment)
