I am currently trying quit. It sucks. I notice that any addiction is bad, but for the people saying "just quit" the effects of nicotine withdrawal have been said to be worse than withdrawal from heroin. I wouldn't expect a heroin addict to detox at work … (see comment)

My friend changes his oil twice- first uses a cheap oil / filter and runs it for a week, then does a second oil change with good brands. He said it helped clean up any deposits and flush the system. (see comment)
