No turn by turn using google maps. however turn by turn with your own maps is fine meaning Tomtom is free to develop an app and have it included in the app store. (see comment)

it's a slightly better scam, it's unlimited browsing + email + streaming "TV" (i believe) and TV consists of CTV news , CNN and the likes, not real TV like Spike or Space. (see comment)

here are my thoughts you can add it to any plan(including your curent plan), so long as it's one of those plans availble from rogers.com you cannot add it to grandfathered plans or special plans that are no longer available. (see comment)
