To be able to sue Turnitin, the students would have to prove that someone attempted to plagarize their paper, and therefore, Turnitin made a monetary gain from their work. (see comment)

To whomever said they would be happy when IE wasn't bundled with Windows: You're stupid. You need internet explorer to download firefox. Also, Explorer is largely built into Windows and Internet Explorer. Removing it would require quite a bit of useless … (see comment)
