The media-held debates have been absolutely terrible! As a non-partisan, I am also very proud of the McCain camp for stepping up to the plate on this one.

This vastly increases the chances that life exists elsewhere. Unfortunately, this also means that scientists can't rule out a planet as life-bearing just because surface samples are dead.
