I just popped all the keys off and rinsed it down with rubbing alcohol, and rubbed all of the keys with alcohol too. The big keys (enter and shift and the like) are annoying to take off, but the rest pop off just like a normal keyboard. (see comment)

Fermi lab better hurry up in their discovering before the LHC is up and running! It's always when they find new particles though, while it doesn't have any direct applications, it is reassurance that the Standard Model is correct. (see comment)
