I use uTorrent in Wine on OSX. Sorry but Transmission seems to go slower then both Vuze and uTorrent. Vuze though uses way too much memory so that leaves me with uTorrent. It actually uses quite a bit less memory even though it's running through Wine. (see comment)

I can't see how they could record all traffic and retain it. I bet it is just monitor the plain text that can be read for keywords that trigger a recording. There is no way that the government can look at encrypted data, which most terrorists probably use … (see comment)
