Marvelous job in providing a sample phone to the tech blogs, Rogers. Still screwing people on data plans? What's this? A temporary reprieve until August 31, then the screwing begins again? Thank heavens, I thought you were actually doing something in the … (see comment)

Mac Cloner Says Apple Software Rules Anticompetitive

Is it anti-competitive that I can only play Xbox 360 titles on a 360? PS3 titles on a PS3? Blu-ray titles on an authorized blu-ray player? No, it's not. These are forms of software that are locked to hardware. Don't like it? Lump it. (see comment)

Terrible article. If you're buying earphones based on look you're doing it wrong. Hands up all that want "Colourful bubbles" in their ears? Nobody? Shocking. (see comment)

I've got a blackberry and I would hand it over for an iPhone and take the $600 ETF without a thought...the browsing is shite on it. But I'll ENJOY that browsing so much more now knowing that it's not costing me a fucking penny on top of my plan and that … (see comment)

Rogers + iPhone plans in Canada = Screw you.

Well said. I'm in the same place - I've been a cheerleader for the iPhone since it was announced. Rogers made my decision to cancel Telus very easy today - I'm not going to do it. Until the plans are in line with the rest of the free world there will be n … (see comment)

It didn't happen IN Shakespeare; Shakespeare was the author. Titus Andronicus was the play wherein the scene described takes place. If you're feeling less-than-literate feel free to watch Julianne Taymor's film adaptation "Titus". (see comment)

I just got my hands on the Flip Ultra today. They've done a ton of things right - integrate the USB connector, simple one button operation, and good-enough quality for video. It's the iPod of pocket camcorders. Everyone should have one of these things. (see comment)

That's all well and good but it's not for you to say that Rev3 should risk their business model to fight this fight. The Feds are taking care of it, they don't need to push. (see comment)

A lawsuit is not an opportunity. Grandstanding the courtroom is counter to the principles for which it exists. The law is taking care of this one; MediaDefender is going to get their comeuppance, don't you worry. (see comment)
